Jamie was very knowledgeable and educated in concrete! He worked closely with us in removing a falling apart block patio and installing a printed colored concrete patio which was beautiful! He was actively communicating with us all throughout the project, responsive to questions, and helpful in envisioning options to consider. The two other concrete contractors we spoke to about the project were quick to have us do the patio their way and Jamie clearly understood our vision. He was professional and very invested in the result! He oversaw the project himself and his team was knowledgeable and skilled too. His suggestions were helpful and allowed us to build this patio to possibly put a three season porch on it in the future. This option will definately add value to our home. We got two other quotes, and both contractors tried to convince us to do what they suggested, not what we wanted. When I spoke to one contractor he said "I know concrete" and did not address concerns or questions. Jamie saw our vision and was communicating with us regularly on ideas and always addressing any concerns throughout the process. His knowledge really helped us in moving ahead with our desire for a new patio! Jamie definitely knows his stuff! Cair concrete recently poured a 25 by 30 slab with an additional 25 by 10 apron in front for a shop project. Jamie took the time to ensure every detail was covered so we didn't have any unknown costs, and they finished the project ahead of schedule and I couldn't be happier with the result.

I highly recommend this CAIR CONCRETE & MASONRY LLC. Jamie recently poured my slab-on-grade with a frost-protected shallow foundation, and the quality of work was excellent. He paid great attention to detail, and everything came out clean, level, and professionally done. The entire foundation was completed within a week, which I really appreciated. His communication throughout the project was great—clear, responsive, and professional. I also worked with him last year on my driveway, and he did a great job there as well. Cair concrete did a 30x30 patio at my neighbors house. They asked to use my yard as the approach, as they could not access the neighbors back yard easily. They said they would repair the yard of all the ruts after they were completed with the skid loader work. There was a little communication issue after the work was completed at our house. Our neighbor contacted Jamie and he contacted me right away. After our conversation he knew what exactly I was looking to get done. He came out the next day with a few of his guys and made it right. The quality of work was not the issue it was the product that was used to be the concern on my end. no fault of his as that was miss communication on both our ends. Again he was all over it and fixed the issue right away. I would recommend Jamie, his crew and quality of work to anyone.

Cair Concrete has been doing all the flat work on all my new construction homes, remodels and additions.
